The ownership is fully occupied and includes six retail units, and 16,348 sq ft of self-contained office accommodation above. The annual income at the time of sale was £366,517. Offers were invited in the region of £4 million. The resulting interest in this property reflected the broad range of purchasers for city centre mixed use investment product, with various occupier solutions being considered.
